Diligence Training has been an amazing experience for my daughter thus far, about a month since starting. She’s 13, and plays volleyball. At practices, I realized what was missing from the big picture, was the strength training. Diligence came recommended to us by several parents of children who are serious athletes. Coming to this gym you can count on two things. Getting an amazing, fulfilling workout that will challenge not only your body but also your mind. Secondly great vibes with amazing people. I’ve been going to this gym for 2 years in January and I have grown physically, mentally and spiritually. The atmosphere is very inviting and the trainers and staff’s aura is unmatched. Highly suggest if you’re looking for a gym home you come to Diligence Training!
Did my first hyrox sim here, absolutely amazing! The coaches are beyond supportive and informative. The atmosphere is unmatched and we can’t wait to continue training here!
