This is long overdue -- Devonte, Terrell and team have created something special at Dilligence. I don’t often work with Carly but when I do I always learn something. She is terrific at correcting my form on exercises I’m familiar with and maybe take the movements for granted. Carly makes sure I’m doing the movements correctly and getting maximum benefit from them. She’s always upbeat and encouraging, too.

Carly was amazing. It was my first day and she encouraged and pushed me at the same time. She even got an extra 15 seconds of plank out of me ( for me that’s a lot).
