There was a DHL strike up until June 30th which would have caused hold ups at customs- when Jas stated that was the reason my outfit was not on time I understood that and knew that’s a risk when ordering an outfit from overseas. When my outfits did arrive, there was a colour mistake on the vest that Jas quickly owned up to and fixed as fast as possible. I was visiting this store, just browsing and the male individual working there made me feel so uncomfortable. I was talking to the female sales representative about ordering a suit but wanted to know how they would size it for an expected mother. The male came up and said that I would need to place the suit order in April for the suit to be made my July which makes no sense as it doesn’t take 4 months for a custom suit with minimum work I explained that the suit is for a pregnant women so not sure how they will be able to si... read more

1 star is a compliment to this place. Avoid this place unless you want to stress out and borderline have your wedding ruined. Nice guy but the guy will never tell the truth. My custom made piece took nearly 8 weeks to come and showed up the day before my wedding. I had to cancel travel arrangements so I could get the item from him. This man takes payment in full but doesn’t stand to his word.
