Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered two custom designs and they were made without my approval of the fabric, despite being explicitly promised that I would get final approval. The garments arrived extremely ill-fitting, and when I raised concerns in person, the owner, staff and tailor were dismissive and unhelpful. I was forced to take both pieces to another tailor just to make them wearable, costing me additional time and money. I am sharing my experience from June 2025. We had a wedding and our original outfits were not going to make it, due to the DHL strike. I had to buy an outfit the week of (so frustrating) and ensure it was altered by the end of the week for the reception. After going to a few shops in Payal Business Centre, nothing caught my eye within my price range. I decided to go to Dilli 6. What an amazing experience!
