The entire experience with Jas was horrible. He promised the delivery to be not only on time but earlier than when we needed. On the day to go pick up the outfits, he told us they still haven’t arrived. We gave him another week and still the same excuse. It took me alot of times to keep going back to get my outfits only to find out that one of them has missing item (scarf). I don’t live in Surrey, I had to travel from the US for this bullshit. Warning: Avoid This Shop at All Costs! I had a terrible experience with this store. They took full payment upfront, then made us go back to their shop multiple times — at least 10 visits — and still failed to deliver the correct order. Their behavior was dishonest and extremely frustrating. Please be very cautious, and honestly, I would strongly advise not shopping here at all. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere more reliable. 😖😡

The one star is only for the outfits found. The service deserves zero stars. We were promised and reassured that we would receive my altered item the very next day of purchasing as we had to travel and were on a short timeline. We went to pick up the item a day after our scheduled pick-up day, and the staff had not even given it to the tailor yet. There was no message conveyed for the delay until we showed up for pickup.
