Wouldnt recommend at all, multiple trips to pick up an outfit that i still dont have and keeps stalling on things that were supposed to be included. Customer service was terrible, wouldnt even give it a one star.

Highly caution buyers to read reviews before ordering from here. My mom bought her outfit for my Jaggo from here without me going in with her. Once I read the reviews I cautioned her, but she had already ordered the outfit. The actual outfit itself was good but the outfit arrived later than promised. When the outfit arrived it smelled like petrol. The owner said to air it out and it would be fine. That was not acceptable to us and we had the store dry clean the outfit. Scam, scam, scam! All of the one star reviews are saying the same thing! Avoid this place at all costs. They have cheaper prices but what’s the point of paying when you are going to get scammed!

The entire experience with Jas was horrible. He promised the delivery to be not only on time but earlier than when we needed. On the day to go pick up the outfits, he told us they still haven’t arrived. We gave him another week and still the same excuse. It took me alot of times to keep going back to get my outfits only to find out that one of them has missing item (scarf). I don’t live in Surrey, I had to travel from the US for this bullshit. It’s his responsibility to deliver proper order. He takes the full money up front ... read more
