I took my toddler in for an allergy panel, and everyone was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with him. We've seen several healthcare professionals, but this was the first time we truly felt that our son's feelings were understood and respected. The staff also showed genuine care and understanding toward us as parents. Every question we had was thoroughly answered, and we felt listened to throughout the entire process. We left feeling supported, informed, and grateful for the exceptional care we received.
The physicians and shot administrators here are excellent, which makes this even more frustrating to write. Unfortunately, the front office staff is so consistently poor that it drags the entire experience down to a one-star level. Every interaction feels like you’re inconveniencing them just by asking a basic question or needing help. Calling the office is a complete waste of time, no one answers, and there’s zero sense of urgency or accountability. At this point, it’s not a one-off bad experience, it’s a pattern. Absolutely loved the PA mc allister. First dr to listen to me and not act like i was over reacting. First dr to try to help. Also, first allergy clinic I've been in that actually has air running in the patient rooms.
I honestly can’t speak for anyone else's experience with this clinic but right now my wife and I are having the worst time getting into contact with anyone. 5 voicemails, two days later and on the day of her appointment, still nothing.
