The physicians and shot administrators here are excellent, which makes this even more frustrating to write. Unfortunately, the front office staff is so consistently poor that it drags the entire experience down to a one-star level. Every interaction feels like you’re inconveniencing them just by asking a basic question or needing help. Absolutely loved the PA mc allister. First dr to listen to me and not act like i was over reacting. First dr to try to help. Also, first allergy clinic I've been in that actually has air running in the patient rooms.
I honestly can’t speak for anyone else's experience with this clinic but right now my wife and I are having the worst time getting into contact with anyone. 5 voicemails, two days later and on the day of her appointment, still nothing.
Dilley Allergy Clinic has been very helpful throughout my treatment. The staff is attentive, and they always take the time to answer questions clearly. My allergy shot regimen has been helping immensely, especially with the gnarly pollen allergies here in San Antonio. The only challenge can be scheduling and waiting after the shots. You’re required to sit for at least 20 minutes, and if the clinic is busy the wait can be a bit longer. I’ve found it’s best to go during off-peak times if you can.
