Love the color and the stylist was very sweet but I’ve been going to this salon for years and I’ve always been charged around $120 for a root touchup and they charged me over double that this last time and they have my record of every time I’ve been yet they said they charged me $60 for a toner after I specifically told them that I have my own because I am a stylist myself and I prefer to add it myself at home but they still charged me even after I told the man at the front desk
My Husband and I went for a haircut with Erica, neither of us are happy with it. His is uneven with gaps, and mine is shorter than I asked for and the layers don't blend
