I am ecstatic that I chose Dillard's Salon and Spa (located at Southgate Mall in Missoula, MT). I had a terrible haircut at another salon that left me needing some 4-5 inches cut off to have my hair look normal (in other words cut the bottom off to the place where it was cut up 4-5 inches and very noticeable). My wonderful stylist was DAKOTA. She was unruffled (although sympathetic) by what work she would have to do to give me a nice styled cut. Lori washed and cut my daughter’s fine, blonde hair and was extremely rough in combing out her wet hair. Her scalp was very sore and caused breakage and hair loss. Face framing very uneven. Would not recommend.

I also left here with a bowl on my head. I scheduled a redo and the stylist insinuated I was wasting her time. She immediately informed me she hadn’t scheduled much time and then I left with a mullet.

I had a wonderful refreshing cut from Dakota. I have been searching for a stylist that would just take some time with me and care about my hair. I have been to a few stylists recently and never got a proper consultation and just felt more like let me get this done quickly feeling. Dakota sat with me and discussed what I wanted and helped me choose a great refresh style. She even seemed excited to cut my hair, which meant so much. I am so happy with my new hair!
