I have been going to the Dillards Salon and Spa for over 4 years. I personally go to Celia for my manicure and pedicures, Debbie for my hair color and cut, and eyebrow waxing, and I just recently got a pedicure from Destiny and was very impressed. I highly recommend this salon for many reasons, one all the women there are extremely talented in their respective positions. Jill did an amazing job on my haircut today. She really listened to what I wanted, and the result was exactly what I was hoping for. Professional, skilled, and super easy to talk to. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back.

Yesterday I got a gel manicure at Dillard's Hair and Nail Salon at Crestview Hills. The young woman who did my manicure was lovely and could not have been nicer. But, I have to say this is the worse looking manicure I've ever seen. Honestly, my 11 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. My nails are all uneven and the polish is so thick it's bumpy. There are gaps all around the nails. It was a total waste of money and now I've got to go somewhere else to try and get them redone.
