I have been going to the Dillards Salon and Spa for over 4 years. I personally go to Celia for my manicure and pedicures, Debbie for my hair color and cut, and eyebrow waxing, and I just recently got a pedicure from Destiny and was very impressed. I highly recommend this salon for many reasons, one all the women there are extremely talented in their respective positions.
