We called seeking home owners insurance quote on the 10th, was told " im the only one in the office so if I dont get to it today I will call you back tomorrow " we waited, never got the call so called them on the 11th we were told " the person you spoke to has stepped out ill have her call you back " that call back never happened. When I first got their insurance they were able to find me some affordable full coverage. When I go in to make payments I have no issues and the ladies there are professional, courteous, and fast.
