This company called me to to tell me they ran into problems at a previous job and would be at least 2 hours late. That's after I had been waiting for 4 hours. That means I have taken an entire day off work to wait for them. When I explained that it would have been nice to have someone call before the very last time frame they were supposed to be here to let me know they weren't coming, I was told that was the best they could do.
