Very disappointed. We have had a system from Dillard for years. A malfunctioning smoke detector is constantly setting off an alarm. It took two weeks to get an appointment to fix it, and then the service tech did not show. We were told only after the fact that we needed to sit by the phone the day of the visit to await a confirmation call in order for the service tech to come. No way to run a business.
