When Cal Dillabaugh started Dillabaugh's Flooring America in 1982 he did not have any aspirations to become anything more than a means to provide a living for him and his family. Nariah and her team were wonderful to work with. She helped us pick out our new countertops, and then coordinated all the work to be done. She scheduled the old countertop removal and the new countertop installation, which included new sinks and new faucets. She recommended a plumber to hook up the faucets and sinks. She recommended a painter to repaint the bathroom cabinets. We are very pleased with the bathroom countertops and cabinet remodel. Brandon J. and Thaddeus T. provided exceptional service today. We encountered a carpet issue and, despite our oversight in arriving after the store's closing time of 3 p.m., having driven from Ontario to Nampa, both gentlemen kindly reopened the store to assist us. Their dedication was greatly appreciated, and I would highly recommend speaking with them for any carpet-related needs. Dillabaugh’s offered us a truly fantastic experience.
Brandon and Thaddeous were the absolute best! I drove all the way from Ontario only to realize they had closed right when we got to Nampa. They were kind enough to still let me in. Their customer service was top tier and they were very polite and helpful. I will definitely be returning when in need of some new flooring. They also have a wide selection and great quality carpet! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Dillabaugh's was great and Thaddeus was wonderful to work with! Our carpet was a tripping hazard! We needed new carpet in quickly before our loved one came home from the hospital after having knee surgery. They had a great selection of carpets on hand to choose from. Once we made our selection it was installed within days! The whole process was very smooth.
