So happy with the customer service of this company! From Rory who helped us pick out the carpet and padding in store, to Thaddeus who was so time conscious in getting measurements done quickly after I got off a 12hr night shift. Although I did have 1 complaint about the installation, it was of no fault of dillahaughs and I was even contacted by the manager directly who was very attentive. Thaddeous did a fantastic job from beginning to end with my new countertop and sinks project. He is always courteous and professional. He helped me choose the best products for what I needed and kept everything right on schedule. I highly recommend Dillabaughs and will be using them again in the future.
