When Cal Dillabaugh started Dillabaugh's Flooring America in 1982 he did not have any aspirations to become anything more than a means to provide a living for him and his family. He founded the business based on the belief to treat others as you yourself would want to be treated. We had a whole lot of trouble ordering carpeting from a big box store and exhausted, we went to Dillabaugh's just before closing time and they were able to help us out and get our order done quickly (we also got a better carpet than the box store and for less money). Thaddeous and Nariah were amazing and we felt better when we left the store. Nathan took only about 3 hours to install the carpeting in our primary bedroom and he did a fantastic job. We were in the process of purchasing a house that needed a little updates. Living out of town, we did not have much time. Thaddeous took the time to show us examples and even came out to measure the area. He insured that he would check on the work while we were out of town. This was done completely before we moved in. The work on our kitchen counter and fireplace was done with precision and with most respect to the interior. We walked into Dillabaugh's to look at tile to get a better idea of what we wanted to do with our kitchen backsplash. Good thing we did! We met Thaddeous upon walking in and he took it from there. He helped my wife and I pick out tile and crystalize our ideas. From there, he handled the scheduling of installation. A few weeks later, we have our dream kitchen!
