Our experience with Dillabaugh’s has been nothing short of amazing! From the first phone call to the final result, Thaddeous and his crew have been awesome. Having to line up our flooring job for our new house from out of state sounded like a daunting task, but they made it so easy! They didn’t miss a detail and continue to support us even after they completed the job! We will definitely use them again in the future. Don’t hesitate, give them a call!
I recently purchased carpet for my whole house From Dillabaughs. The company was fantastic to work with. The workers were respectful and thoughtful. They did a great job and the carpet is beautiful. I am very satisfied.! this is the third time that I have used them over the past several years and I would definitely use them again!
Great experience overall. (shopped around, best price also) Nariah, our sales person, was patient with us as we asked questions and changed out minds a number of times. We ended up with a Kerastan Smartstrand carpet and the Karastan Reserve pad. Love the look and feel. Installers were professional and did a great job. I was bored and hovered the entire time.
