We had Dillabaugh's replace all of the flooring in our house. And they did a very, very fine job. Their installers pulled up old vinyl and carpet, and laid the laminate flooring that we had selected from their store. Restoring and remodeling a 110 year old home is not for the weak-kneed! Uneven floors marry up to uneven walls then throw in a little "but I want to keep that old cabinet there" and your project people may need a stiff drink. Not my Dillabaugh's team! Started with Ryan then Rylie and Brandon and don't forget Rori keeping it steady the whole way. We purchased our home brand new in 2022. 3 years later the flooring is already destroyed. We ordered some flooring to replace the stairs and landing, and Dillabaugh's ordered too much and when my husband called to see if we could return the rest of the flooring, we were ghosted. Their job is to measure and make sure we would have the adequate amount of flooring. Now we are out money and are pretty upset about the flooring falling apart so quickly. As you can see in the photos, it's terrible.
Things were touch and go because the flooring we ordered never came in. The flooring installation date was rescheduled three times. I was ready to go with a different flooring store. But Thaddeus’s great customer service and his diligence encouraged us to continue to work with him. The flooring installation crew held our installation date But we needed to find a flooring we liked. Ultimately we chose a flooring my husband and I really liked.
