I was having some issues with my mother's property after she passed away. I talked with Raul who was able to handle all the issues with this in the courts. The office staff and everyone involved made this a streamlined process for me. Very clear communication with every step, were upfront on the process and professional. As clients who used this firm and were pleased with them, to say we are now extremely disappointed in the lack of response to a recent issue would be an understatement. After faxing and emailing them describing the issue and asking the cost to write a letter, I was told the email was forwarded to a staff member to review and I would receive a call.
