This place is REALLY good… if you can catch the place when it’s open. Don’t bother going by what it says on the sign on the door, or what it says on google. The last 3 times I’ve went (including today) with my family they have been closed and we just went to food lion instead. It’s obviously cheaper, but the point of it being the kids REALLY wanting this place, then driving there to figure out it’s closed. I understand that stuff happens, but really guys? I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, expecting the usual strawberry banana smoothie, it’s not what I expected AT ALL, and is much sweeter than what I was wanting, I don’t personally enjoy that, but if you’re wanting a really sweet smoothie then I recommend it, I don’t taste real fruit at all though, it tastes more like artificial fruit flavoring.
Excellent customer service! I had never been in before and was wanting a smoothie. The female employee working took time to explain the process of ordering a smoothie and helped me order one that would suit my taste. I decided on a banana peanut butter one with added chia seeds. And it was delicious! I asked for extra banana so she chopped a really large banana for my smoothie. The best thing is you can mix your own flavors. The salted carmel is amazing. You pay per ounce.
