I honestly do not know why I even wasted so much time going to this office. The new front staff and the Dr, are UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE PATIENT. They are always on answering Service (the system sends you to a call center where they take messages for the doctor, which is then given to the office later on in the day, the office then calls you back when they feel like it). Was this doctor's staff friendly? No, they were rude Would you recommend this doctor to others? No Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this doctor's office? Not really Did this doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment? I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.
He is OK.Not very knowledgeable of drugs in the market and its adverse effects. he asked me what drug would you like to have? Staffs are OK except for one old fart in the front desk. Wait time is horrible. it is more than an hour , sometimes close to 1 hr and 30 minutes. He double books and will have many patients at the same time.
