Wish I could give this company 0 stars. They do not honor their policy. They make up their own definitions of what counts as a curb. They claimed the photo below represents a curb despite it being on the other side of the white line. The manager Huey is disrespectful and rushes you off the phone. The supervisors do not answer their phone calls. They are a scam.
Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A TIRE AND WHEEL PROTECTION POLICY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their claims people - or at least those who remain employed with them for more than a week or so - are totally useless and inept. I filed a simple claim for a damaged tire over 6 weeks ago and have been asked for the same paperwork (receipts, photos of the damage) numerous times by assorted flunkies. Each time I call to find out the status of the claim I get a different (but still misleading) response, and have even been informed several times ... read more
DO NOT get insurance from this company. They have extremely POOR communication with customers and are blatantly RUDE. I've never had a more unpleasant conversation with a rep before. They refused to cover the tire replacement after it blew out on the highway and were unhelpful to me or the dealership when trying to get this resolved. They even tried to claim multiple times that my insurance had expired when (at their own later admission) it did not.
I had a POOR and UNCLEAR communication with consumers service and claim rep. Call ahead to ask if my tires would be covered under a certain condition and was misled. Got my tire fix at my local pep boys and was left with the bill!!! WORST communication i had with a insurance company. I also sent an email weeks before to the claim department asking if i would be covered with my current tired condition and no email was ever sent back!!!!
