The after hours emergency service was great, however the invoice took over 3 weeks and was very expensive for a residential after hours service call with no parts. Pricing is standard for industrial, commercial service apparently, however for residential service I recommend asking for a full minimum charge including all fees before having technician dispatched to see if it acceptable for you.
