Ive had two seperate dealing with them and unfortunatly both were of low quality serviceman ship and i wont recommend them unfortunately,,, i wish i could but NO NO FROM ME. both times they drained my vehicles battery, first instance they dropped off my car in front of my place and just left four punctured tyres and had left the key in my mail box and had gone. I recently spoke with Demelza from JV Crash over the phone and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. She was rude, and spoke to me in a condescending manner throughout the conversation. As a customer simply seeking assistance, I expected to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case. This experience has left me not wanting to do business with a company that allows such poor communication from its staff.

Absolutely terrible from the very beginning. Still waiting for our ute to be returned. Incorrect assessment done by them so they didn't realise the full extent of vehicle damage until 12 weeks later. Helen (admin lady) was also extremely rude. They kept on messaging us telling us the car would be ready on a certain date with no obvious intent to have the car finished by that date. Their non existent assessment meant that they "had to wait for parts".

Worst experience ever!!! They initially said the car will take only 3 days, later it was extended for 7 days without even calling me, so I needed to give them a call every couple of days to ask how’s things going.
