Can't even give one star. Very low and poor customer service. I don't recommend this company.
The repairs were done, but there were multiple delays and all up it took just under 6 months'; The repairer does seem very busy, and there were certainly many cars in the lot either awaiting repairs, or awaiting collection. Some staff were very polite; others came across as dismissive. At the time of collection, I felt they were wanting the car gone quickly, and not wanting to field or answer any questions about the repairs. Took a week and a half, to when I got home and checked 2 mag wheels, one front has damage on the edge and middle around the centre cap and the front other side has a scratch on top. The wheels were in good condition and no damage before going in, this has upset me as it's my pride and joy. If you damage it at least have the decency to tell me. I know it wasn't me as it never goes out much as it sits in the garage and I'm always super careful.😢
The absolute Worst experience I’ve ever had, rude customer service continuously and my vehicle has been getting repaired for over 5 months now with no apologies and delays after delays. Highly recommending using someone else if you can, completely disappointed week after week with the time frame.
