Little wait time and very personal attention by everyone. A pleasure to visit for my medical needs
Dr. Puppala is very thorough and kind. I rarely have to wait to see him. Most other offices keep you waiting in the examination room for a long time. The office has a much better phone system than before. I typically visit the Willowbrook office.
new building, new facility. The staff is very professional, and helpful. Dr. Puppala was thorough, and insightful. I have had sleep issues for 25 years, and been to several different doctors during that time. My previous Doctors had long wait times, and then when they finallly came into the exam room I felt they were in a hurry to get to the next patient. I had a reasonable wait time to see D. Puppala, and when he was in the exam room I felt like he was focussed on me and not thinking about the next patient(s).
