I had great experience dealing with Shanna on the On-line Auction side of the business. Very responsive to questions via text (including weekend), took extra pictures for the item I was interested in and when shipping my item ran into a potential snag she came with a better/safer alternative for me to receive item.
They are currently handling a real estate transaction for myself and a business partner. They are easy to work with and professional in their business!
Kaye Matney, a realtor associated with this company, and her husband sold my home to me in March 2023, after they “fixed” it up. Most of the “fixes” need to be properly fixed now, but those have just been surprises after the fact. When purchasing, my offer was accepted after a short negotiation, only for the Matneys to come back and say ‘actually, nevermind—we won’t pay your realtor’s commission.’ When an offer is accepted, negotiations stop, or at least a person with integrity would assume.
