While I want to love my Granny - the service at Dilawri is abysmal - for 2 years they have been too incompetent to even repair a rear wiper and failed to take responsibility for their technicians and subs for windshield replacement failure that caused water to enter cabin - they question you on everything that may be warranty related and claim to not be able to reproduce until the issue is so bad they cannot lie further. Had a wonderful experience with the staff at the Grenadier dealership in Mississauga, Ontario. Everyone was very personable and knowledgeable. I’d like to especially recognize Lia, the finance manager. She was able to answer my questions and was very patient with me.
The sales team at Dilawri walked us through to delivery, were very professional, listened to our needs and concerns, and made the experience quite easy. The selection was vast and options available suited every price and want level. I decided on the Fieldmaster for the storage in the rear, although it was a tough decision with the versatility of the Quartermaster. Excited to get some time in the wagon, and start making it my own with accessories. Highly recommend the vehicle and the sales team at Dilawri Ineos Grenadier!
