I brought my vehicle to Dilawri Collision Centre after SGI recommended them as an accredited repair facility. Had work done our 2019 Sonata. Customer service was great. The 2 week wait was understandable. And the work done was phenomenal. However, we have a baby car seat camera. Turned it one and the screen is cracked. The camera monitor no longer turns on. Very disappointed that they did not mention this.

Heres the thing - an overnight SGI repair is turning into 2 weeks. Upon discovery of a need for extra backordered parts it would have been better to simply put it back together and call me back in a week or two. Instead of choosing to leave my car out in the lot and me without a vehicle. Nothing critical damaged and I had already waited a month for the first parts to arrive.
My car has been in shop for over one month for front bumper repair, shop ordered wrong parts due to which now i have to wait even longer, very poor service, slow service,despite being a big company name, i am very disappointed in service.
