I went in for a very small chip repair for my BMW. The customer service was very very poor, the guy that fixed the glass did not know how to do his job as I left the shop with two very noticeable holes and a larger crack on my windshield. Keep in mind I went to the shop with just a small chip and a small crack.
My car was repaired at the collision centre two years ago. Within a year, the door they repaired was rusting through. I took it back for an inspection and they indicated they installed the door skin incorrectly and committed to replacing it. It’s now been nearly 9 months since then and they have not scheduled an appointment to replace the door skin (and the door is starting to flake it’s rusting so bad). Terrible customer service. Went to pick up my car and given my keys and told to go into the compound to find it. “If you can’t find it, press the panic button on your fob”. After standing I think outside the compound, a fellow came out and asked if I found my car. He went to find it and it was not in the compound but on the side of the building. I cant believe that the repairs and workmanship were not shown to me to ensure these repairs met my satisfaction, instead I was told “we don’t do that, you have two years to complain... read more
