I recently got rear ended and my insurance company asked me to take my car to Dilawri since they are the preferred body shop. In spite of being a preferred body shop, the wait time just to get an estimate is 3+ weeks because they don’t do virtual estimates. My insurance company has determined this to be a no-fault collision which means any required work is entirely covered by third-party insurance.
