“I am very disappointed with the service I received. And I have to wait much longer than expected without any clear communication. My issue is not resolved, and I feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously. This experience left me very frustrated, and I would not recommend Dilawri collision centre to others.”

I dealt with Dilawri 5 years ago and left a very positive review at that time. Unfortunately, my recent experience was a very different story. I have no doubt Dilawri does good work, and with their estimates typically coming in at the high end, you would expect that at the very least. Where they fell very short recently was in their customer service. Thank you to the JR Calgary team for accommodating on short notice and especially to Mathew Seman & his team for helping me out with a windshield wiper issue before my return trip to BC. Amazing team, excellent and efficient service.
