I just bought a new vehicle from Lazarus and Robbie. The service was excellent and courteous. They returned my call right away and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond my expectations. Hopefully it will be the same with my Wagoneer.
This place is not a good place at all. Everytime I want an oil change I have to leave my car here all day. A simple oil change and it takes them all day. The customer service is rude and not that great. I purchased my car here and got free oil changes with it but it's such a hassle to get oil changes or at least getting it done quickly. I will not be giving this place any of my business anymore ill go somewhere else and pay for an oil change. These mechanic's even had to replace an axle 3 times on my family members van.
