Poor customer service from the auto spa manager today. Won't be giving Dilawri any business from now on in any capacity.
I contacted Dilawri regarding a rough texture coating my 6 month old car. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and identified the issue right away. She fit me in for an appointment within a couple of days and ensured the fallout was completely removed from my vehicle. It looked and felt brand new again and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you!
This was my 3rd time having my Jeep Grand Cherokee detailed. They do an amazing job! That’s why I keep coming back. I come every spring mainly to rid of the sand and salt collected from winter roads. A reason I keep coming back, other than they doing an excellent job, is that they offer shuttle service. I dropped my vehicle off early morning and they picked me up the next morning. Highly recommend.
The auto spa is second to nothing!!! Kim is a pro at the ppf and advisors are on top of it!!
Did a great job on my van. Quite a bit of dog hair they removed from the seats and floor. I'm not overly picky. They did a good job for a fairly affordable price. Best thing is, I didn't have to do the cleaning.
