I had a crossover on order and was told it would arrive within a week. It was over two months before the car was to be delivered and still no concrete date of arrival. I understand that this is not abnormal, however the sales person, Jonathan Thauvette did not bother once to update me, could not be bothered to even appraise my trade in and when I called for an update he sounded irritated, and said that it was beyond his control.
