Great computer repair shop! The owner as I walked in was very nice. Was gladly to help me out with my problem. I will say it did almost take about 2 months to get my PC back. But they were busy as I saw all PC's they were repairing. So I completely understand the wait. They did find my problem with my PC and fixed it. Was pricey but that is because I did upgrade it with a better graphics card and a new power supply. And the price was fair. I've done business with Dijital Majik for 20 years. They've fixed a variety of computers over the years, both PC's & Apple products & done a great job on all at a fair price. I've been very satisfied with their services.
I would have to say overall this is one of the best places to get your pc fixed. I never bring my pc in, because I can manage to do most things needed. However, I was stuck and nothing worked after building a new pc. They were able to fix it and give me a rundown on everything they did, and what happened to the system. Very fair prices and great communication. I will be going back if needed and recommending them.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! In February the hinges on my laptop broke, must have bounced a bit too hard, new to the area I thought I’d drop it off at a local computer shop instead of big box repair. I dropped my laptop off for a quote to repair, always get a quote first. Feb 7th I called but it hadn’t been looked at yet. Feb 14th I called hadn’t been looked at yet (but guessed it would be around $200-so I told them to do it).
