Great service
I use a program at work which requires a multi-factor authentication code to log into. I broke my phone's screen so I got a new phone. I must have spent an hour and a half trying, trying, trying to install Microsoft Authenticator onto my new phone, getting more and more frustrated. I gave up, went to Digital Majik and in about 15 minutes they got it installed onto my new phone. So now I can work. THANK YOU DIGITAL MAJIK!!!!
Called to ask if they could fix my computer. Yes, but it could take 1 week. OK. Brought it in. 3 weeks later and still being told they’ll fix it next week. Finally was told over the phone they are working on it right now. Easy fix they said. Went in 4 days later to pick it up. They never started but next week they’ll work on it. I can think of several swear words to describe the service I got. Bringing it to another store.
