Prepaid 6 months in advance of move in date. Landlord and letting agent both “unavailable” to hand over the keys on the agreed date, delayed the move in date by 2 days. Needed a new agreement with the new dates. Landlord “not available” on the new agreed date. We agreed to cancel with full refund, DIJ assured us the full refund in 3 working days. Days passed. A week passed. Nothing…..calls ignored; messages unreturned. Still no full refund. Owed thousands. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
