When you can actually get WORK done they do great WORK. Unfortunately, their customer service has much to be desired. After being told to wait in the lobby (longer jobs they normally recommend you leave and comeback) I sat for HOURS for them to not even move my vehicle from the initial parking spot. Then wanted to change their tune when I decided I wanted to leave. I want to like them but I won’t be returning
The customer service was off the chain. They were very professional and thorough. They honest and told me I needed a new vehicle. I have transmission and engine issues. I appreciate them not running me around. I definitely recommend 👌🏽
