I wanted to get into investing, so I bought a house to rehab, but contractors were really taking advantage of me and it was just a really bad experience, this was all the money I had. I called Dignity Properties and Ed gave me what I needed to get out of this headache and treated me with respect. I was embarrassed but they didn't throw any shame my way.

We had our house listed on the MLS for six months and it didn't sell. We called and talked with Jayce and he was able to close and then let us stay in the house for another month while we transitioned. I wish we would've just done this from the start.

I filled out the form online, but didn't think this was going to actually work. I had a very nice house that actually didn't really need any repairs. I just was getting a job transfer and wanted things to be easy. I was surprised that these guys were able to give me my number and help me out. Glad good companies like this exist.

I like that Ed and Jayce are local to central Illinois! I learned that’s really important when selling to a cash buyer because most guys are wholesalers and will hold your property in contract for too long. Just call the local guys, they know what they're doing.
