Be very careful. Dignity Memorial couples itself with an insurance company, Global Atlantic, in collecting payments for the funeral service (preneed). They talk you into "protecting your family" by selling you an insurance product when you really go there to purchase a funeral service for loved ones ahead of time. We were totally burnt by this scam-like sales scheme. We were there to purchase furneral services for our elderly parents. We thought we'd make the purchase and secure the price at the that time. My grandfather's funeral was organized here for tomorrow, I asked them a week ago if I could skype in for the service (I live abroad), and they never even responded. I had to ask my mother (who is mourning her father!) today to help me set up a videocall/livefeed so I could be present to support my family during the memorial.
