Losing my Mom was a difficult process to go through. I am so very blessed to have had Dignity Hospice to help us! The relief I felt because of their kindness , knowledge and care was immediate ! Dignity Hospice provided exceptional care for my mother in her final days. They were attentive and provided support day or night. They were responsive and genuinely had my mother's comfort at the forefront of every decision. If applicable, be sure to ask your community for the best nurses and staff who are already spending time there to get the best support. While there were several hospice providers that were there, the staff knows which ones are better so check with them.
I can't say enough great things about Dignity hospice. I recently transferred to Dignity hospice from another hospice which was not providing even an average level of care for my wife. I couldn't be happier with my decision to change to Dignity hospice they have been absolutely fantastic. This place is careless!!!! So let me start by saying this Facility had my Uncle sign a paper stating that he’s not allowed to take my grandpa to the hospital and if it’s a emergency we have to wait the 2 hours for the nurse to come. So yesterday the nurse came over to check my grandpa because he wasn’t feeling to good so his nurse said “ he needs to the emergency room FAST and if it were my dad I’d definitely take him if it was my Dad “ so we did what she said. Dignity came on in December of 2023, to help care for our Uncle Edward Vigil, We believe because of the Exceptional care provided by the entire Dignity staff. Our loving Uncle’s life was extended almost a full year. The entire team was Exceptional from daily showering and care, to nursing. Even in the end Eddie was kept comfortable and sincerely cared for.
