If I could leave zero stars, I would. The lady behind the desk with the long, straight, whatever color it is, red, blond, grey, all of the above and glasses was completely unprofessional. She made it very clear that I was not welcome so close to closing time, even though I still had 15 minutes. She sighed heavily and her tone was very put out. I called earlier in the day for information on latest I could come in. I had to leave work early. The lady said we take our last patient at 3:15. I arrived at 3:12 and was told I was too late. I said,”I called and you see your last patient at 3:15”. She said,”last patient was seen already and she wrapped up already”. I was the only person there at 3:12. If you’re not going to take a patient at 3:15 then please don’t tell them that.
