All of you saying something about the front desk grouchy lady are ABSOLUTELY Correct. I have been in twice and neither time was she nice. The first time I thought maybe she's having a bad day and then the 2nd time I didn't feel good and she was even worse. Not friendly, a little curt with a dash of sarcasm, I think the 2nd time she knew she irritated me, because she sneezed and I didn't say a word. The woman at front desk with red hair is all ways rude. I have been there many times and every time she has a very bad bedside manner. And it is with everyone. Qn when you are working with people health I believe you need to have patience. They have sign that tells people to be kind to them but she is not kind to older people. If you don't want to work around people then don't. Dignity really needs to hire somebody else and fire this lady.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The lady behind the desk with the long, straight, whatever color it is, red, blond, grey, all of the above and glasses was completely unprofessional. She made it very clear that I was not welcome so close to closing time, even though I still had 15 minutes. She sighed heavily and her tone was very put out.
