If I could leave zero stars, I would. The lady behind the desk with the long, straight, whatever color it is, red, blond, grey, all of the above and glasses was completely unprofessional. She made it very clear that I was not welcome so close to closing time, even though I still had 15 minutes. She sighed heavily and her tone was very put out. I called earlier in the day for information on latest I could come in. I had to leave work early. The lady said we take our last patient at 3:15. I arrived at 3:12 and was told I was too late. I said,”I called and you see your last patient at 3:15”. She said,”last patient was seen already and she wrapped up already”. I was the only person there at 3:12. If you’re not going to take a patient at 3:15 then please don’t tell them that.

When I walked in the lady behind the desk was having some trouble communicating with a non-english speaking lady. When it was my turn I offered to write some basic translations for the lady behind the desk. She replied with "No, they need to do their part." I'm sorry but I don't feel ANY form of nationalism or racism should be allowed in healthcare. If you're not willing to try to meet people halfway, you shouldn't have this job.
