STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! Just be careful with dignity weight loss center. The surprise billing is something that they seem to be willing to do. I was a self-pay and was told exactly what it would cost in writing for the three visits. One with a nurse practitioner. The other two with a dietitian. I paid those amounts as an outpatient Self-Pay package. Surprise surprise 4 months later $800 bill for one nurse practitioner visit and two dietitian visits. What a scam
I could not be more disappointed with Dignity Health Weight loss. My husband and I decided to begin the journey together in October 2023. We went to all appointments, completed all required pre-surgery tests and outpatient procedures, paying all OOP, copays etc. This was quite a bit of $ and we still are receiving bills from Dignity and various other departments within the hospital requesting payment in addition to what we already paid. Staff was amazing, down to the receptionist. I was very impressed at the level of professionalism and genuine care for people.
The staff is great here. They take time to listen and they help you tremendously on your journey from beginning to the end. They continue w you until they feel you are ready to be on your own. I would recommend this place to anyone that is seriously looking to change their life. 😊
