I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve had such a frustrating experience with this clinic that I feel like I need to warn others. I’ve been trying to get a prescription for over a month now, and the process has been completely mishandled from start to finish. I do not recommend the dignity weight loss center. I did all my pre-op work with them (which was all just to check the boxes for my insurance to approve the procedure) and was never able to see the dietician for actual help with meal planning and assistance with my food allergies. When I finally was able to see her 10 weeks post-op she was rude, unhelpful and extremely condescending. As a result I am not returning and will continue my care with my surgeon, private NP and a different dietician. Dignity shame on you for hiring... read more
Went through the whole program just to be told I can't have my surgery 2 days before my scheduled surgery talk about devastating.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! Just be careful with dignity weight loss center. The surprise billing is something that they seem to be willing to do. I was a self-pay and was told exactly what it would cost in writing for the three visits. One with a nurse practitioner. The other two with a dietitian. I paid those amounts as an outpatient Self-Pay package. Surprise surprise 4 months later $800 bill for one nurse practitioner visit and two dietitian visits. What a scam
