The older Mexican lady in the front desk is not good at doing her Job, Or helping the patients. Multiple times I have tried to get my children's medical records And she has told me something different Each time on what I need to do.She has the nastiest attitude everytime I have called I don't know why she's not gone yet multiple people have complained about her as well...Darlene junk is the best doctor there very easy to talk to..
I spent an hour talking to a doctor who looked like they would rather be anywhere else, asking for help in continuing to investigate my symptoms like my last doctor was working on. Their answer here was that I should try to count my calories. I felt completely dismissed and would not suggest this to anyone who might be looking to find actual answers to their medical concerns. Front desk very helpful. Called back for two days i finally gave up. no return call.in a lot of pain. .the doctor spent all of 2 mins with me.i wish they would call back very very dissapointed. Still not well but will get there .and I wish they had someone that calls you back on complaints.and had caring doctor's .
