No one ever answers the phone! I’ve tried leaving messages with the on call service, I’ve left messages on their voicemail and I’ve tried calling multiple times. No one ever picks up or calls back! This is not how a doctors office should be run! It’s unacceptable and no one does anything to fix it! Who is in charge of this office? 😕
So let me tell you why I am giving this clinic a one star. The nurses here are fantastic, the doctor great, they make you feel comfortable, now that said… let me tell you about the scheduling department. So I have had like three appointments in this clinic since my doctor referred me here, my condition has worsen since then, I now have cholestasis and prenatal diabetes, I’m sure all patients here are high risk if not more, so I understand they’re busy schedule. every time I have an appointment I get called to reschedule or m... read more
I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Robilio’s care throughout my current-pregnancy. All of my questions were answered and I always left reassured that all is going to be fine. The staff ( Xochitl, Rachel & Ale) were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure, my needs were met. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality care! & I’m sad to have completed care with this practice, just because I just enjoyed coming in every month, making me feel so comfortable! Today is October 23rd, 2023. Overall great experience, wonderful staff, a beautiful building with a welcoming environment. Special shout out to their front office staff, the girls that were there today were so helpful and friendly. Also, to Christine our ultrasound tech for being so thorough with her examination with her 25 year plus experience, we felt in good hands making it a comfortable experience for a couple of first time parents.
