Staff is always rude on the phone, instead of answering questions and scheduling my appointment the receptionist Jennifer just argued and asked why I was needing to be seen saying there wasn’t any indication for me to be seen again when I’m supposed to get seen regularly per my doctors note. Very unprofessional
Very kind and informative, Dr Feldman was well prepared for me, she knew my detailed history and had extensively researched my unusual condition before we had even met. I felt like I had the best possible advocate in my corner.
