Zero stars should be an option. As someone with a chronic medical condition requiring DME's every few months, this medical group is an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with. They continually reject my efforts to refill supplies, citing any number of issues, even when I have pre-approval. I get no notification and have to continually call the medical supply company to get status updates and then reach out to the doctor's office. I mean, I already HAVE a full time job for which I actually get paid to do my job, but.... well, I guess... read more

Chris Phillips is NOT professional and belittles you for asking about a condition you believe you have. I came to him repeatedly regarding excruciating pain from period cramps. He sent me to do a blood test… nothing. He sent me to do an ultrasound and failed to even tell me that there was going to be a big camera going inside my vagina. It was very unexpected and painful. I also asked about the cost and it was dismissed, coming out to 900 dollars without warning. Do not see him. I asked about endometriosis because I fainted ... read more

I like the doctor but people that works with him are very ineffective. Why give me meds that needs to be injected transdermal and not give me prescription for needles? And I called for a week and still no prescription in the pharmacy. Very inefficient. When I call I get attitude and no compassion. How can there people work in healthcare!
