Excellent service from staff and Dr Mike.
Appointment was 0945. I waited 30 min. and I was informed waiting was to be more than 30.mim. App. Cancelled.
If I could give a negative star I would. The front desk staff is unprofessional, unorganized and rude. I called to get a referral and was told one thing one week and another thing the next. They clearly don't have a proper system to handle referrals and have made it so difficult. Myra, the referral manager refused to return or take my call and was rude to me when I finally forced the issue to speak with her. Unless, you like to be mistreated, find another doctors office.
