I switched to Dignity Health in 2/24. The staff I have met so far has been as good as my prev. provider. However, the ORGANIZATION is TOTALLY MESSED UP. (1) I couldn't get my ultrasound scheduled until months after my initial PCP appt.; it was cancelled, rescheduled for weeks later, and cancelled again! (2) The biz. office has failed to detail want they want a LOT of money for. They said I have to sign a release. Makes sense. They mailed me a release form for a customer satisfaction survey!!!
