This is my FAVORITE lab to have my blood work done! All the employees there are kind, always hit my vein on the first try, ( which is saying A LOT with my veins that collapse, roll) they listen to their patients, and they don’t probe( which I can’t tolerate) when trying to find a vein. I do try to help by being well hydrated when going in. Keep up the good work!
Saturdays are horrible i went and stood in line and when they opened they told me i wasnt first. And started asking other people if they were going first. They need to have a sign in list or ticket or something because at this point who is running the clinic. Horrible place tobget your blood drawn when the wait time is always 2hrs or more! Dignity Health get your clinic in order
Very long wait time! They don’t have enough staff!
