I had the most amazing blood draw here yesterday by a young Phlebotomist named JD. My small stature and disability make it really tricky to draw blood from without me looking like a bruised up pin cushion. This was a totally different experience though because he really took the time to do things right for me. He even made me a special tiny tourniquet, which made a huge difference! Today I have zero bruising or pain! Yeah JD!
It should not take 30 minutes to submit a sample because no one comes out of either room. Be prepared to spend an hour just to pick up a sample kit, as well, and for staff that is rude and unapologetic. They said they were “busy” (with rolled eyes) and that was the reason for the wait, but not a single other person was in the waiting room. No one even comes out to check to see if anyone was there waiting. I won’t be coming here again after a dozen horrible visits.
