Seamless experience getting my blood drawn. I pass out easily at the sight of blood - the staff were friendly and made sure I was ok to stand up and leave the building, one of them even walked me to my car. Overall a great experience, I will never try my luck at a Santa Maria location ever again!
The staff here are so nice and compassionate. Coming from Guadalupe, I don't have to fight the traffic in SM or wait too long waiting (most of the time, there's no wait).
Me and my fiancé went here to get our annual bloodwork at the same time. My BIG issue was with the billing on the back end of things. My fiancé has the exact same insurance as I do and received no bill because her bloodwork was coded or noted as preventative whereas mine was not and I received a bill in excess of $100. The back and forth with insurance and Dignity has yielded zero success in getting the situation resolved. We will be going elsewhere due to this which is a bummer because the staff at this location was great. ... read more
