I wouldn't trust medical staff that can't get their files and phone numbers for their patients right. I've been receiving phone calls for months from them and each time I tell them they have the wrong number they say it's noted and they'll fix it and yet here we are AGAIN. Super concerning if they can't get a phone number on file right what else are they messing up on medical charts ? Probably costing people money and causing them emotional distress.
