I have been dealing with Dignity’s billing department for the past four months due to an error in payments on your end. I went to the one in Tempe Az off rural road they lost me and my kids information my drivers license and his medical card can't call the person who tuck it n won't let me talk to someone over them so my license and child medical card is stolen with no answer and I don't feel it's right all I get is a sorry n a paper with his information.
