Came in needing medical attention got told by this lovely nurse Jenny "everyone goes through the same things as you, you aren't special" as a mother who couldn't care for herself at all today and I came for help. You should be ashamed. I'll be contacting the board someone like you should not be in this field. Nurse to nurse. 😉 Please do better Jenny. Excellent care! My elderly mother came in with very non specific symptoms and they listened carefully and kindly. Dr. Wilson was so reassuring and very thorough. They identified the problem, treated her quickly and were so caring the entire time. So grateful to all the staff and especially Dr. Wilson for such thoughtful care.
I went in after I sliced my finger open. They got me right in. I forget my drs last night but she was great. Her first name was Beth. Very calming and very good at her job! She stitched me up so fast! She was very friendly and professional. Thank you Dr Beth!! Also rest of the staff was super friendly the front lady was nice and both my nurses were awesome too! I was in an out in about1.5 hours.
Nurse was being disrespectful and now I have a $3000 bill for a shot of morphine and an educated guess.
My 63-year-old father recently went to Dignity Health for severe sciatic nerve pain, and we had such a positive experience. Nurse Bibsy was incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive throughout his visit.
