Nurse Jen, Dr. Boyack, and radiologist Danya were all great! Very professional and kind. Ensured that I felt heard and cared for while I was there.
This is the best ER I’ve ever had to go to. Dalton (RN) was very nice and helped distract me from the pain. Dr. Pattee was making sure things were comfortable every step of the way, and I wasn’t worried about anything. Thank you guys for being so great!
Completely ignorant and incompetent care team. They insinuated my father smoked weed, he has tattoos and doesn’t look like a “normal” person. And he DOES NOT smoke marijuana lol. Totally neglecting the core issue of my father’s pain. Negligent, truly disappointed in the ability of this facility to treat and diagnose patients. BEWARE!!
It’s rare to say this about emergency rooms, but it was as good as an experience as I could have ever asked for. Dr Boyack, Brandi and Jen were Beyond professional and helpful.
