What is with the turnover with healthcare providers with Dignity?? As soon as you find someone your comfortable with and a good Physician or PA they leave and go elsewhere. This is not quality healthcare or human kindness. Why don’t you treat your employees better so patients can have quality healthcare like you advertise, instead of having to get reacquainted with new PA’s or doctor. Horrible service at St Rose Sienna Henderson NV. Was at the ER and attitudes were flying. Came in with sob and put on O2 in which the stood the oxygen tank upright standing freely with no carrier. I mentioned it to the EKG tech and explained that i am having to lug it around and it standing up is dangerous without it being in the carrier and she pulled an attitude. Was looking for a chat or phone number for the business office. What phone number do they display? The one for some security desk somewhere. What do you expect from a company that makes you sit on hold for 15 to 20 minutes only to hang up on you every time.
