This is a busy hospital but everyone on staff appears to take real concern in getting you the best care possible. Good job Reno!
What a joke!! Most employees are very kind and compassionate, but they rush the vets. A lot of vets can not rush around like they want you to. It's hard for most to run around the hospital, going from top floors, to bottom floors, back to top, ect. Very unorganized! It's truly hard to have to watch these vets go through this bs. My father inlaw has cancer, knee surgeries, & back surgery. 440 miles is what he has to travel round trip. I drive him as there's no possible way he can drive it by himself, but that's all the help I... read more
I will stop going to the VA in Reno because of all the problems I have had. Even when I have raised issues with supervisors I get no results. They are truly rude and arrogant, I guess they think most of us have no other options! Time to get the Tricare card out!
Man, has this service ever changed from a few years ago. It's great! I got everything done I needed to do in less than 2 hours, including intake, x-rays, ultra-sound, and meds.
