So I'm in an ambulance coming from St. Josephs Urgent Care/Emergency room in Glendale, arrived at the ST. Josephs ER at 3rd and Thomas, the ambulance guys pushed me through the hospital to a waiting staff in the OR. 1 hour later I'm being wheeled up to ICU where I meet the 3 women of my life Juce, Bri and Lucy for my short little stay these 3 women gave me such an inside look at the hard work that they do day in and out and how compassionate these 3 were in my recovery, kudos to them! Where is there any Dignity involved? New patient in Endochronoly. They asked 5 or more questions leading to whether they would get paid before accepting a simple request to reschedule an initial appt. Over a month later, upon arrival, they couldn't find my appointment "in the system", the doctor was no longer accepting new patients and was leaving the practice. Dignity Health couldn't be bothered to let me know in advance or offer another option. No Dignity Whatsoever!
I had a 7 hr long surgery they did great but after surgery I had to stay in the trauma icu and my husband wasn't allowed to stay with me and I ended up having a breakdown bc I needed some things but didn't feel like I should push the botton to help me when there was life threatening things happening my nurse couldn't even check on me until 5 am when she wanted to cone in at 10 pm to take care of me but couldn't due to the trauma happening so I cried bc my husband wasn't there with me then cried bc of the pain I was in and ev... read more
