Became a nember of this group a few months ago. Have been unable to book an appointment for a physical all this time. A few months ago it was cuz I didn't have my membership card, today it was cuz yhe woman who answered the.phone was too busy (I could barely understand her too) and told me to call back in 4 hours....really? What's going on with this medical group? Can someone better manage this business to make sure better overall service is provided?
