Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They located and fixed my computer problem and fixed the problem in no time. Upfront and honest about pricing. It truly cannot get much better than Digitz! Thank you!
Although they were not able to repair my particular piece of equipment and get the data off of my hard drive they gave me information or where to send it to have the data recovered Nice to work with
If I had an opportunity to give a zero I would give a HUGE O Star. I bought the parking place there from Digitz. Joseph K Alukal President( as he calls himself) sell the parking spot. When I gave them two debit cards I explained him that it maybe not enough money on one card that they can take the left amount from the other, at the end he took from both cards 375, which price had to be paid only once, when I tried to ask my money back they answered me that they don't know how to return money on the card back and they said" w... read more
Took about a month to fix my cracked screen they said would take a week to do. To add to that, after they finally put one in they didn't even bother to change my resolution back to native AND didn't even reconfigure my display driver. If I wasn't tech savvy I probably wouldn't have been able to fix it without sending it back. As a side note though, the staff is really nice, which is why they get 2 stars.
